Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, it will have been processed, and you won’t be able to cancel. You can, however, return your items for store credit.

Do you ship internationally?

No! We ship Only in the US.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We choose USPS and UPS. We will select the best carrier for your specific area to make sure your package arrives in time.

How long does it take to process my order?

Once payment has been made, 100% of all orders leave our fulfillment center within 2-3 days.

How long does shipping take?

Our average shipping time is 3-5 business days depending on your location.

How do I track my order?

We will send you the tracking number after your purchase is fulfilled. Please visit this link in email to track your order.

Are all my items shipped together?

It depends on the quantity of products you ordered so sometimes your items may come with a different tracking number.


RETURNS

What is your return policy?

You are fully covered and protected by our 24 hour confirmation of delivery recepit. 

What do I do if I receive a defective product?

If there’s some sort of manufacturing defect, let us know within 24 hours of receiving your item, and (provided that your case is legit) we’ll send you a replacement.
